iPod nano のオプションで充電器の次に購入しました。
購入するまでに店頭で各社の製品を見て検討しましたが、ようやく気に入ったのが出てきました。
クルマで聞いていた音楽 CD を全て iPod nano に移行できないかを考えていたので、FM トランスミッターには決めていました。
もちろんクルマで使用しますのでシガライターから充電できる機能は必須です。
同様のオプションはいくつか出ているのですが、これに決定した理由はコンパクト性とデザインでした。
機能的には申し分なく期待に応えてくれるものでした。
使っていて気になる点は上げておきます。
1 FM トランスミッターですので、固定の受信周波数で必ず受信できるとは限りません。移動範囲が広く他府県に出かける場合などは都度最適な周波数に選択しなおすころが必要です。
2 FM トランスミッターの出力が小さいのか、クルマのオーディオと iPod nano の両方のボリュームを通常使用しているレベルよりも上げないと音が小さいです。
以上を理解していれば何も問題ありません。

iPodの音楽をFMで飛ばしながら充電もできるアクセサリ．エンジンを切るとiPodが一時停止の状態になるのが便利です．デザインもコンパクトで電波の強弱にも問題は感じません．何も問題を感じることなく満足して使っています．ますますiPodへの依存度が高まる一品．

タイトルの通り、iPhone3Gでは充電できませんでした。
ただし、FMトランスミッターとしては使えます。
接続すると「充電が出来ない」という内容の警告と
「機内モードに切り替えますか」　というダイアログが
でます。
いいえを選択してトランスミッターとして使っています。
