くわばたさんの成果は、十分にやる気をおこさせてくれるものです。
ただ、くわばたさんのブログをみていた私には目新しさがなく、物足りません。
「これってブログの内容とおなじだよね・・」という内容が多かったような気がします。
あれだけ成果を出したのだから、コアリズムをもっと効果的に行う秘伝が・・と期待していたのですが・・。巻頭グラビアはイケてますけど・・あんなふうになれる更なるコツを伝授して欲しかったな・・。もちろん、ブログをみていなかった方には、十分参考になる内容です。

正直この値段は高いと思います。
カラーページのグラビアアイドル風もそんなにいらないし。
でもコアリズムを買ったものの難しくてついて行けない人や
切実に痩せたい人にはとても励まされる本です。
「私にもできてんから貴女にもできるで。一緒にがんばろな」という
彼女の思いが伝わってきて好感度があります。

この本は買って良かったです。とにかく読みやすい。内容も「そうそう!わかるわかる」とうなずけることばかりだし、くわばたさんが痩せていく姿が詳細に紹介されているので自分もやる気がでます。なかなかこういう本はないと思う。
また、一番大切なダイエットに対する根本的な意識が変わるかもしれません。
本の中のくわばたさんの語り口調も温かみがあるし、くわばたさんの人柄も好きになりました。
コアリズムの説明もわかりやすいし。
ダイエットに対してポジティブになれる本です。
