ボン・ジョヴィ5年振りのニューアルバム。名曲"Livin' On A Prayer"を彷彿される"It's My Life"から始まり、 究極のバラード"Thank You For Loving Me"、3分にも及ぶリッチーのギターソロが素晴らしい"Next 100 Years"、"Blood On Blood"を彷彿されるストレートロック"Just Older"、オーケストラが壮大に盛り上げ感動的な"Save The World"、ジョン曰く"You Give Love A Bad Name"に、リッチー曰く"Bad Medicine"に近いパーティーロック"One Wild Night"など粒ぞろいの名曲が揃っている。 60曲から選りすぐっただけあり起伏に富み飽きさせない。
5年間待った甲斐があった。 2000年代もボン・ジョヴィは健在だー！！

『IT'S MY LIFE』のためにアルバム買いました！と言ったら少々大袈裟かもしれませんが、それ程この曲はインパクトがありました。
よく『LIVIN' ON A PRAYER』と比較されるのは、ヒット曲になる要素を備えていたという事と歌詞に出てくるトミーとジーナの事が出てくるからだけで、曲的には全く別物とは思いますが…

このアルバムには他にも某アイドルグループに提供した『NEXT 100 YEARS』の原曲が入っていたりと何かと話題になっていましたね♪
さすがに作った本人だけにいい出来ですが、あれだけ「この曲はBON JOVIのアルバム向きの曲じゃないから」と言い回っていただけに、「言ってる事とやってる事違うじゃん、ジョン！」と言うモヤモヤ感が（笑）
でもそんな事もどうでも良くなる程にいい出来のアルバムです♪
全体的なサウンドもマイルドで明るい感じのするサウンドになっていて、前向きな感じになれると思います。
