レッスンを始めて間もないですが
どうしてもあとから　ここはどうするのかな？
など疑問に思う点を丁寧に見せてくれます。
ベリーダンスを始めたけれど　なかなかついていけない
と言う方のために　レッスン予習復習ＤＶＤとして
おすすめです。

ダイエット目的で購入しました。普通にストレッチをやるより楽しめるかなぁ…ぐらいの思いで購入したのですが、以外に楽しくてハマッてます。初心者にもわかりやすい作りになっているし、付属のDVDもとてもみやすいので、ベリーダンスを知らない方でも十分に楽しめると思います。

日頃、レッスンでは教えてもらえない細かい動き、基本的な動作が分かりました。しいて言うなら、コンビネーションの動きが少し難しかったです。ただ、初心者なら一つ持っていたいＤＶＤです。
