<ストーリー>
終戦から一年・・・AC196年。
平和を願うカトル達は4機のガンダムを宇宙に廃棄した。だが、外務次官としてL-3コロニーX-18999を訪れたリリーナが何者かによって誘拐されてしまう。彼女の危機にヒイロはデュオと共にコロニーへ潜入するが、彼らの前にかつての戦友トロワと五飛が立ちはだかる!
その間、リリーナを拉致した部隊を擁するトレーズの忘れ形見・マリー・メイアは地球圏統一国家に宣戦を布告し、消息を絶っていたゼクスもトールギスIIIで立ち向う。事態の終息を急ぐカトルは、ガンダムの回収を決意し惑星間輸送船で廃棄ブロックを追うのだった。

ガンダムWの後日談のお話です。
本編を見た人はもちろん新規の方が観ても楽しめる内容です。
まず各キャラクターが本編でやり残した事についての決着をつけた展開。
戦争廃止に各キャラがそれぞれ動くのですが、
誰もが彼(彼女)らしいやり方で行動し、答えを導き出します。
そして全キャラクターに本編では持ち越された救いを用意してあるんですね。
観た当時、非常に感動した記憶があります。
MS戦もガンダムのデザインも無茶苦茶かっこいい！！
特にウィングガンダムゼロなんて、翼が生えたデザインなんですが
もう動いている姿は背筋が寒くなるほど美しかったです！！

本編が終了して1年間の間に少し大人になった皆さんです。ストーリーやキャラクターの魅力はもちろんの事、映像がとにかく綺麗です。特に、ヒイロがゼロカスタムを自ら迎えに行き、起動させた時の映像の美しさを是非御覧下さい!翼を拡げた天使…引き込まれますよ!テーマソングもジーンと来ます。私の中では星が幾つあっても足りない位満足させてもらいました☆
