お店やオフィス、ホテルやマンションを積み上げて（？）ビルを作るゲームです。
マンション部分に住んでる人が下の階のお店で食事してたり
映画館を設置すれば、ビルの外からお客さんが来てくれたりします。
ホテルに人が泊まったりすれば収入も入ります。
もちろんオフィスとかも。
人の表示は、超小さいのでアリみたいですけど。

ビル内には泥棒も出ることがあって、パトロール中に
見つけることができます。スリルがありますよ。

難しいのはエレベーターとエスカレーターの乗り換え・・。
住人は数回しか乗り継がないっていうのがあって、
うまくやらないと上まで人が行ってくれません。
ホテルもガラガラになる時があります。
その辺はプレイヤーの腕のせいでしょうけどね。

ボー!ナスエディションは、たしかクリスマスの時に
サンタが上空を通ります。

SP版が安値だったので、何と無く買って放置していたのですが、最近何気なくプレイしてみたら、お店や移動設備の配置を考えるのが面白く、お客を自分の描いた通りに誘導できた時やビルのグレードが上がったり、売り上げが伸びた時は、うれしさがこみ上げてきます！
見事にはまりましたが、SP版では物足りなさが出てきたのとＤＳ版発売まで待ちきれずネット徘徊していたら、このページに当たり、ＰＳ版を購入しました。
SP版より難易度も上がりヤリ応え十分ですがそれほど難しくも無い面から段階的に難しくなっていき、良いバランスです。
ただ、全体の画像がかなり悪く、タワービジョンで流せるＣＭも画像が悪く少し残念でした！
でも、ゲーム要素はSP版より多く、ゲームの面白さも変わらないので、星５にしました。（アクション要素もないのでＯＫ）シナリオも難易度別に４種類＋αあるので長く遊べそうです！
（ＰＳＰ対応版のダウンロード販売、して欲しいな！）
最後に・・・！ＰＳ版って、トイレが無いんですね！
