ジャンヌ・モローの演じた『悪女映画』の傑作。当時恋人だったピエール・カルダンの衣装も、ビリー・ホリディの曲も最高にマッチ。冒頭、盗作で成り上がった男が別荘にて一目でエウ゛ァに恋するシーンが印象的。“目をつける”ともいえるが。
モローの映画はどれも良いけど、悪女ものでは『突然炎のごとく』と双璧。後者の方が行動に一貫性が無い分、女の意図が分からないが、これはきちっと通っている。悪女としてはこっちの方が一枚上手か。
　ただ、女が愛想をつかせば（つかなくても嫌いなら）大抵こういった態度を取るでしょうね。はじめから相手をしないのが一般的だろうし、いざこざの無い行動だが、相手をしてやってから侮辱するのはプロの女のやり方か。なあるほど。
でも私は彼女の悪女が大好き。特にエウ゛ァ。
好き嫌いが別れる上、けっして明るい類いの映画では無いです。
なので星は３つ。

3.0 out of 5 stars これのどこが悪女なんだろうか, 2004/9/14
見る前に「悪女の映画だ」と紹介されたのですが、見てみたら全然イメージと違った。エヴァの行動は謎が多いけど、要するに真剣な付き合いはごめんだっていうところなんでしょうか。映画の雰囲気はかなり洗練されているように見えます（フランス映画見なれてないからかもしれないけど）でも主人公の男はかなり情けないですね。彼から見たらたしかにエヴァは悪女でしょう。私はそうは思わなかったけど。要するに洗練された遊び人（悪く言えば、女の雰囲気そのものを売る高級娼婦）なんでしょうね。

私には主人公の男性がエヴァに惹かれる気持ちがわからない。
理屈ではわかっても（エヴァと主人公が似ているとかかなあ）人間には破滅願望があるのだろうかと不思議に思う。
けれどもこういう種類の女性（完璧な悪女）は見ていて気持ちがいい。

悪女は頭がよく、脚が綺麗でなくてはいけないのでしょうか。エヴァは確かに美人だけど口角は下がりっぱなしだし、
目の下には隈があるし小柄で腕だって結構太い。
なのに主人公は彼女を追いかけて何もかもなくしてしまうのです。
世の女性は美しくあろうとして苦労しても無駄かもしれないな~と思ってしまうほどです。

昔のフランス映画なので、ややかったるいですが
音楽がとてもかっこよく似合っているので★4つ
