ジムに通っていますが、運動前に摂取しています。
気休めかもしれませんが、運動中の疲労度が違う気がします。
アミノ酸はそんなにおいしいものではないのですが、プロよりは2200のほうが飲みやすいです。

アミノ酸を摂取することのメリットは、
・運動時の体脂肪燃焼を促進する
・疲れを翌日に残さないようにする
上記の２点が主なものだと考えています。
たしかに、アミノバイタルを摂取すると、
翌日の疲労感が違うのです。
アクティブに運動する方、趣味で軽く体を動かす方
などが、摂取するとよいのではと思います。

カラダがダルいときや疲れたときに飲んでます。
アミノ酸商品でもこれはとってもリーズナブルで気に入っています！！
飲んでいるとカラダが元気な感じがします。
いつも運動不足なのでコレ飲んで運動しても筋肉痛にはなりますが・・・
味は私は嫌いじゃないですけど、食べる直前に飲むとしばらく口に残るのか、食事が美味しくなくなりますのでご注意です！
