多機能遠隔監視ソフト。社内LANなどのネットワーク上にあるパソコンや、インターネット上のパソコンを監視することができ、また1台のパソコンを複数のユーザーで共有している場合、他のユーザーの状況を監視することが可能。対象となるパソコンのユーザーが使用しているアプリケーションや閲覧しているウェブページ及び、システム情報や使用時間などを記録し管理することができるほか、アプリケーションの使用中に入力された文字など、詳細な情報をログとして記録したり、監視されるパソコンの使用状況(画面)を設定した時間間隔でスクリーンショットとして記録を取ることも可能。また、監視されるパソコンのアプリケーションを管理者がリアルタイムで起動したり、電源を切るなどの遠隔操作もできる。管理を行なうパソコンにビューワプログラムを、監視されるパソコンにエージェントプログラムをそれぞれインストールするだけで、サーバを必要とせず簡単に設定することができ、1台のパソコンにビューワとエージェントの両方をインストールすることも可能。監視されるユーザーに、本製品がインストールされていることを警告するモードと、知らせないステルモードの選択が可能。
