I ordered this at about midnight on a Thursday and it arrived on Saturday afternoon.
The product arrives already constructed, so you don't have to put anything together. Just push the wheels on the bottom, remove the tape, and you're done.
The three bins stand about waist high, or a little higher with the wheels (I am about 183cm).
The construction is good quality and feels solid. The three drawers fit nicely into their compartments, and they have a clean swivel motion.
There are many grooves for various plastic bag types, and I have no problem using standard shopping bags.
There are cheaper products which serve the same purpose, but this is a case of "you get what you pay for". This is a good product.
