「エクトン」は目に見えない人の心の動きを、誰にでも起こりそうな出来事を題材にして、伝えてくれる。それも優しい口調で。「今、この瞬間に生きる」ことが大事だと、知識としては持っていても実際にどうしていいのかはわかりませんでしたが、「エクトン」の言葉でやっと理解できました。読んでいて、実際に自分に語りかけられているような雰囲気の本でした。

この本に出会ったのは１０年前。本屋で目が合い無性に惹かれて衝動的に購入し、夢中で読みました。人生で傷ついてきたさまざまなトラウマ、ほったらかしにしていたインナーチャイルドが、文字を通してほぐれてゆるみ、リリースされていくのを感じ、読みながら心があたたかくなるのを感じました。そばでエクトンがあたたかく包み込んでくれているような気さえしたものです。大好きな吉本ばななさんとの対話も大変おもしろかったです。ばななさんの感性に触れる人にはきっと共感を持って読まれることと思います。

導かれるようにして出会った一冊です。読んでいるうちに、その文章が自分の内側から聞こえてくるような感じを受けました。心を解きほぐしてくれるエクトンの波動が伝わってきます。この本は、スピリチュアルな道を一歩一歩進んでいくための必読書だと思います。
