ヤンサンが廃刊になり、移籍先が注目されていた鉄腕バーディーですが、めでたくスピリッツでの再開が決定しました(2007/7末現在)。

本書は、はてしない物語の地の巻の最後の部分をいくらか含んで、カラー化してから2008/3までを収録しています。
11年分ですから、描かれているエピソードのそれぞれがまことに懐かしさいっぱいです。
ちなみに、商品の紹介写真で掲載されているのは、カバーではなくケースです。
表紙、裏表紙とも描き下ろしが掲載されています。

個人的には、バーディーのさらなる活躍を願っております。

久しぶりにNTをちら読みしてべっくり! 「ゆうきまさみのはてしない物語」ってまだ健在だったのね。
しかもカラーだし・・・と、しばし感慨に耽り。 そんな「はて物」の弟・・じゃない第2弾です。 前回のが1997年発行だから、あれから11年か・・

長いよ・・・

当時は結構次の単行本化を楽しみにしてたりしたんですよ〜
NT買って読んでいた高校時代から好きなマンガコラムでしたから。
高校時代・・・
そう、NTが創刊されたのは私が高校入学してすぐの頃でした(「F・S・S」がまだ続いてるってのがまたオドロキ)。
あの当時「はて物」と一緒に好きだった「池田憲章の怪獣おたっしゃ倶楽部」や「岩井田雅行の外国TV応援歌」はスクラップにしてとってありますぜ〜
かなり黄ばんできておりますが、切り抜いた裏っ側に「みんだなおの愚レムリン」や「川村万梨阿のストロベリィフィールド」のような読み物が残ってたりするのも楽しめる。
・・おっと、イカン、軽く違う話題にトリップしそうになりました。
第2弾の「はてしない物語」でしたね・・。
カラーで絵柄がどんどんシンプルになってる感じがします。
前回に続き、とりとめのない筆者の思いや日常の事が描かれております。
ちと仕事で苦労してる(または暑さで溶けてる)話が多くなりましたな。
ちょっと「オヤジ」入ってきてるかも。
前回のには絵ナシのエッセイみたいのもありましたが(「私のキャラはオカモトしたがってる」とか)今回のには無いのが残念。
あと、52ページの絵、私は好きです(たまにはそんな原稿でお金もらってもよろしいんぢゃないでしょうか?)
