航空管制官となり空港の管理運営をシミュレートするゲーム。東京国際空港を舞台に、プレイヤーは航空管制官となり、飛行する飛行機と直接交信して無事に飛行機を離着陸させていく。「Pegusus 3D」システム搭載で画面が完全3次元化され、飛行中の航空機をカメラが所狭しと追いかけ回り、さらに飛行機が格納庫まで戻るシーンなどが細部まで再現されている。航空団体のデータには、日本航空、全日空、日本エアシステム、スカイマークエアラインズ、北海道国際航空、海上保安庁、中華航空、エバー航空の8団体を収録し、また全日空、日本エアシステムの前面バックアップのもと海上保安庁などの政府機関も制作に協力し、公式性も高くなっている。高度計の形をしたアナログ時計や、速度計の形をしたメモリリソース計など、航空機の計器の形をしたデスクトップアクセサリ「卓上航空計器」を同梱した期間限定の記念版。
