病気や怪我の後のような、その時点では自分ではなんともならないことがあることは理解できる。何かをがんばっていないといけないと思う気持ちもある。
それでも、やっぱりがんばらないことも大事かもしれない。
「命を守るコツ」として、「言葉を受けとめるということ」、「命につきあう」、「言葉が見つからないとき」など。
なんともならないことと、なんとかするというような意気込みではなく、淡々とやっていればよいことがあるのではないかということを思いました。

こころがあたたかくなります。
先生のがんばらない３部作の３冊目。
この本も一気に読んでしまいました。
こころが疲れた時、人が信じられなくなったとき・・
鎌田先生の優しさあふれた本を手に取ってみてください。
また歩き出すことが
きっとできるでしょう。
とびっきりのお勧めの本です。　^^

ちょっとだけ人の気持ちになってみる
ちょっとだけ相手の側に立ってみる
それを想像力というのだろうか
ほんのちょっとの心がけが誰かを幸せな気持ちにし、自分もイヤな気持ちにならない。
読むたびに「ああ、そうだな」と思う話がいっぱい。
全部、この本のような気持ちで毎日を過ごせたらいいだろうけど、やっぱりそれはちょっと無理。
それでもやっぱり、読んでよかった。
