表紙にあるレンコン料理に惹かれて購入。
お母様である栗原はるみサンのFANでもある私ですが。
料理に対する姿勢というか人柄がじんわり伝わるレシピ本です。
蓮根なんかを油をひかないでじっくり焼く。
なんだかとってもシンプルだな〜と。
他にも、豚の角煮（お酢がきいてました）やハンバーグなど。
あるていど食事がつくれる人より初心者向けかなぁとも
思いますがおもしろいレシピもありますよ
オススメです。

料理本は好きだけど、
・家に無いものが多い
・複雑
・文書が長い
・写真が可愛くない

と結局作らなくなるのですが、
この本はラフ!

「料理は気軽でいいんだよ」
「無ければ代用しよう」
と後押しされて作りやすい。
レシピの一つ、レモンパスタを作ろうとして、レモンが無いのでゆずで代用。

うまーい!簡単!

レシピに踊らされる中、このラフさは貴重です。あと一つの料理に一つ一つエピソードがあるのも楽しい!

ご本人のオリジナルレシピの他に、母である栗原はるみさんのレシピも少し入っていました。
なるべく素材を生かした料理に好感が持てました。
黒酢で作る豚の角煮、何度も作っています。おいしく健康にもよさそう。主人も気に入っているレシピです。
何度か作ったら、お友達を招いてご馳走してもいいようなお料理なのに、簡単なところがステキです。
