   しろくまちゃんが、お母さんと一緒にホットケーキを作るお話。1970年の発売以来ロングセラーを続ける「こぐまちゃんえほん」シリーズのなかでも、特に人気の1冊。

   冷蔵庫から卵を取り出して（1個、割れてしまうけれど）、牛乳をいれてよくかきまぜる。ふわふわの小麦粉とふくらし粉を加えてまぜたら、さあ、フライパンへ。この後が、この絵本最大の見せ場。ホットケーキがだんだん焼けていく12の工程が、楽しい擬音とともに見開きページにずらりと並んでいる。

   「ぽたあん」と白い生地を落して、表面が「ぷつぷつ」してきたら、生地は黄色く色づいている。「しゅっ」「ぺたん」とひっくり返せば、今度はこんがりきつね色。「ふくふく」とふくらんだら、「ぽいっ」とお皿にのせて、できあがり。お友だちを呼んで、なかよく食べたら、お皿洗いも、自分でやろう。

   この本を開くたび、きっとホットケーキを食べたくなる。子どもと一緒に、本を見ながら作ってみたい。0~3才向け。（門倉紫麻）

この本はうちの娘も大好きです。特にホットケーキを作る過程において，準備の部分，フライパンの上での出来上がる過程，そして最後に友達を誘っていっしょに食べ後片付けをするという，一連の動きに楽しさを感じます.フライパンの上での過程では焼きあがるまでの音がいいですね.

　いろいろな所で取り上げられている（もちろんオススメで）絵本ですが、この中で焼かれるホットケーキが本当に美味しそう。なんたって音ですね。「ぽたあん」「どろどろ」「ぴちぴちぴち」・・・これを聞いてホットケーキのどんな状態かわかりますか？？子供をひざに抱いて読んでいるうちに台所に走っていって今すぐにホットケーキを作りたいという衝動にかられます。二歳の娘ももちろん大好きな絵本。そろそろ娘と一緒に作ってみようか！

しろくまちゃんがお母さんと一緒においしそうなホットケーキを作って、 こぐまちゃんと一緒に食べて、お片付けまでするお話。 まだ子供が小さい時に買ったんですけど、 ホットケーキが焼ける様子がとても気になるようで何度も見ていました。 最近は自分も同じようにしたいらしく、ホットケーキを作っていると必ず

のぞきにきます。もうちょっと大きくなったら、本と同じように一緒に作りたいと思っています。
