Delhpiをかなり広範囲にわたって記述している。１つのアプリケーションを作成するまでのストーリーを追う、といったものではなく、丁寧で細かい記述を期待されると裏切られる。購入当初はほとんど見ても分からなかったが、Delphiで４、５年コーディングをしてから読み直すととてもためになる記述が端的に記してある。（メールの送受信や、ＣＧＩプログラムなどなど。）中級者以上の方にお勧め。

Delphi 4 向けの Tips 集ですが、現在でも十分使えます。明らかに初心者向けの内容ではなく、Delphi にある程度慣れた人を狙っていますが、よくつぼをつかんで、表技を中心に紹介しています。かなり使い込んだ上での、ひっかかりやすい点や実用上必要になることを紹介しており、良くある単純な思い付きの塊のような Tips 集ではありません。

古い型番のソフト向けの本は絶版になる危険性が大きいですが、この本は役に立ちますので、今のうちにひとつ買ったほうがよいと思います。

またこういう堅実で有用なタイプの Tips 集がもっと出てくれればよいなと思います。

高すぎます。これぐらいの内容の本なら僕にも書けます。これが書店に並んでいたということが驚き。
