‘和菓子‘といっても、とても簡単にできる普段着の和菓子って
感じのレシピです。友人宅に行く時の手土産とかに、
ササっと作れて、尚且つ意外性もあるみたいでとても喜ばれます！
（手土産＝洋菓子・・のイメージがあるらしいので）
気負わないラッピングも載っていて初心者でも大丈夫！
もちろんレシピも‘りんごのようかん‘など、見た目も
きれいでかわいいものが沢山載っています。
この‘りんごのようかん‘は、すこぶる簡単にできて、
出来上がりは、何ともいえない淡い桜色で素敵です！
食べるとほのかにりんごの香りとともに、しゃりしゃりとした
品の良いりんごの食感があります！
どのレシピも、思いっきり和菓子って感じではないので、
洋菓子党の方でも喜んでもらえると思います！
本自体、デザインもかわいいです！買って得したと素直に
思った本でした。

和菓子と言っても、かなりチープな雰囲気。
気軽に作れそうという点ではいいかな・・・と思いますが、
個人的には、和菓子の綺麗さがもう少し欲しかったかなと
思います。
　でも、ラッピングや演出は参考になると思ったし、お菓子
そのものを小さく作るなどのアイディアは真似したいです。

和菓子作りというと、材料費より手間と気合が必要という点で尻込みしがちですが、この本ではそういう気負いは不要です。
他の本では、蒸し器や晒しを用意し、もち米は一晩水に漬け、、、などと書かれているおはぎも、炊飯器やラップを使ってあっという間に出来上がりました。
味も形もばっちりです。
タイトルの通り、思い立った時に作れる気軽さがとても嬉しいです。

またラッピングアイディアがたくさん出ているので、いろいろと応用できそう。
和菓子作りを始めたばかりの人にプレゼントにしても喜ばれそうですし、持っていると、ちょっと優しい気持ちになれる本です。
