苫米地先生の本をまだ読んだことのない方にはお薦めできますが、

　・「努力はいらない「夢」実現脳の作り方」
　・「残り９７％の脳の使い方」

と内容は非常に似ています。

そのことはこの本の『内容紹介』が

努力はいらない!
世界が注目する「脳機能科学」の最新ノウハウを、
誰でも、毎日、気軽に実行できるトレーニング法に凝縮!
「夢をかなえる脳」のつくり方!　　　　　　　　　　　　

となっていて、

『「努力はいらない「夢」実現脳の作り方」』という表題とほぼ同じことからも分かります。

苫米地先生の本は方法論であるだけにどうしても内容が似通ってしまうようです。

違いがあるとすれば、それは出版社、または編集者の個性というべきでしょう。

他の本を読んだことがある方は、本書の大半はすでに他の本に書かれている
苫米地氏の成功哲学をまとめて焼き直ししただけと感じることだろう。

ただ
苫米地氏の本を初めて読む方にはお薦めできる。
自分の脳に成功哲学をインストール、洗脳することに役立つ。


本書で、「３６倍速で仕事をするトレーニング」という項目がある。

内容は、
　１．１０分を１時間と考える
　２．話す単語の数を６分の１にする
　３．１日のスケジュールを書き出す
　４．メニューを見て一瞬で注文を決める
　同時に６つのことをやる

１０分で１時間の仕事をする、（６倍）
無駄なことはひと言も話さない（６倍）

両者を掛け合わせて６×６＝３６倍速

ということらしい。

これに同時に６つのことをやればさらに６倍で
３６×６＝２１６倍のパフォーマンスが発揮できるという。

これを超人的、と私はとらえてしまう。
あとの判断は読者にまかせたい。

過去に出版された著者の本と、結局のところ主張している内容が変化していないように感じました。突き詰めると、本質はひとつですから、そうなっても仕方がありませんが、こうして形を変え、切り口を変えて同じものが出てくると、応援していた気持ちもちょっと半減してしまいます。
