　Season3後半は、「このシーズンなら、絶対コレ！」という突出したものはありませんが、考えさせられる、味わい深い物語が並びます。
　犯人には違う形で罰が下っているものの、時効の壁のせいで、遺族にそのことを告げられない第10話「ありふれた殺人」。
　難聴を見抜かれ、天才ピアニストを手に掛けた調律師、しかし被害者の、相手を踏みつけにする態度ゆえ、どこか犯人の側に感情移入してしまう第14話「殺しのピアノ」。

　人情警官の殉職と思われた事件が、実は全く違う貌を持つことを知った「相棒」2人。警官の人柄を信じ、今も慕う遺族に「真実を伝える」べきなのか？ 第12話は、「真実」を追求する刑事が背負う責任を、右京が説きます。一瞬たりとも迷わずに、薫が出した答えとは？ 2人の信頼関係を鋭いタッチで描くラストは、ある種ハードボイルドとも言えるほどです。
　犯罪被害から立ち直っていく女性を描いた第11話「予告殺人」も希望を感じるラストが好きです。

　90分SP第18話「異形の寺」は、性同一性障害もテーマにしています。ただ、配役は、もっと中性的で説得力のある人を連れてくるべきだったかな、とも思いました。今だったら、そう、中村中（なかむら・あたる）か、或いは女形で100年に1人の天才と言われる早乙女太一あたりを、抜擢したらどうか？と勝手な想像を巡らせています。

画面の比率が変っているとの指摘がありましたが、
相棒はシーズン３からハイビジョンで放送しています。
ほとんどのドラマがそのような現状です。
それに将来、地上波デジタルに変る際、今のブラウン管のTVでは対応できない部分があります。
現時点で画面の比率に困っている方は、ＴＶのリモコンで比率を変えることも可能な場合があります。


シーズン３は登場人物の心情の変化が際立ってよく描写されていると思います。
「ありふれた殺人」は傑作ですが、その他の作品もマンネリ化せず、
新しい一面を創造して行こうというスタッフの意気込みが感じられてとても面白いです。
とくに最終回の、再シーズン化を予感させるような終わり方は、日本のドラマでは珍しいと思います。

豊さんがピアノを弾く、そう聞いた時あのドラマを思い出した
赤い激流、まるであしたのジョーのクラシック版とも言えるドラマでした
あのドラマで弾いたのが『英雄ポロネーゼ』
そして、この回で豊さんが弾いたのも・・・(｡-ω-)ﾆﾋ♪
思わずニンマリしてしまいました＾＾
