僕がこの本を読んだのは中３の受験の時期でした。何も受験の時期に・・・と思ったけど、見事にハマった。それまで小説なんて読破どころかマトモに読んだことすらなく、すぐ投げ出していましたが、これは違いましたよ。一章読むごとに、心が暖まって、おそらく読んでいる僕の顔はニヤけていたことでしょう。

とにかく、人目を憚らずニヤけてしまった。そんな小説です。
そんなにたくさん本を読んでいるわけではないからあまり偉そうな書評じみたことは書けないけど、とにかくいい本です。たまに元気が欲しいとき読んだりしてます。

もし、日曜日に夕刊があったら、シゲマツワールドで埋め尽くして欲しい。
本書には、「うーん」という作品もあるけれど、基本的には「さかあがりの神様」など
「シゲマツ標準」（へんな言い方だけど）を逸脱する作品はない。
やっぱり、どこか琴線に触れる作品が多い。

いかにも狙ってるなというタイトルで、
内容も臭いものばかりと
最初読んでいたのですが
これがなかなか。
じーんとくるものがあり
深いです。
しかも読みやすい。
読んで元気がでてきたのもありました。
