　就職活動をしている自分の意見としては、今就活をやっている学生には必需品だと思います。会社説明会とかでは、年収の話や３年後の離職率など聞けませんし、たぶん教えてくれません(１対１でやったときはこっそり教えてくれる企業もあります)。年収ランキングや、給料や採用情報、文理別や院生と学生の採用比率など、細かいデータは企業の採用担当者のよりも詳しいと思います。

　そして、自分の考える賢い使い方があります。それは、この就職四季報を「数年分所持する」ことです。株の売買でもチャートから判断するのと同じです。数年分のデータがあれば、この企業は平均年収が増加しているとか、採用数が減った等の傾向がつかめます。
こうすると、面白い傾向を発見できます。例えば鍵となるのは、「NA（回答拒否）」と言う語句です。数年前まで離職率が20％や25％だった企業が、今年になって「回答拒否」となっている企業は、さらに離職率が増加して回答の都合が悪くなり拒否した可能性が高いです。つまりブラック企業になるわけです。
　さらに、「会社四季報」とも比較して企業の株価や業績も考慮するとベストです（危険な会社に入る必要はありません）。そして「業界地図」もあれば完璧です。この三種の神器を用いて、こうやって将来有望な企業を絞り込み、やりたいことがその企業でできるなら、入社しても後悔はしないと思ってます。

　しかし、弱点もあります。有名企業でも載ってない企業がたくさんあります（もちろん高収入の会社も）。ですので、あまり鵜呑みにし過ぎないように。
　そして、数値だけにとらわれず、会社説明会も積極的に参加して、雰囲気も味わうことが大切だと思います（恋人を選ぶのもフィーリングでしょ？）。会社なんて下手すりゃ生涯の伴侶よりも永く付き合うわけだし。

リクナビなどの就職サイトで気になった企業についての情報を得ようと購入致しました。
しかしながら、既に他の方が書かれている通り、掲載企業数があまり多くない、N/Aが散見されるなどで目的を果たせないこともしばしば。
データが貧弱であるという印象を受けました。
この本をパラパラながめて興味を持った企業についてネットで調べてみるという、買った当初とは逆の利用法で現在は利用しています。

読みづらいとか、これで情報的に充分とは言えないとか、回答拒否の企業が多いとか、色々意見はある。
でも、なんだかんだ言って、もっていて損は無し。
使いこなせるかどうかだと思う。

十分ではないけど、基本情報なので持っていて損なし。
