和素材を洋菓子に応用。何とも魅力的な本です。材料も手に入りやすいものだしシンプルで作りやすいです。ただ作っている写真がとても少なく、作り方の説明もシンプル。それゆえに、ここは泡だて器でいいのかな？ゴムベラがいいのかな？混ぜるってどのくらい？・・・と作りながら迷うところもあります。まだ焼きっぱなしのものしか作っていませんが美味しかったです。ある程度お菓子作りを経験したかた向きだと思います。

和素材を使ったお菓子作りの本は他にも出ているし、和菓子の本で洋菓子に近い
レシピを紹介しているものも見かけますが、この本では本当に色々な和素材を
取り上げていて、どれも本当に美味しそうです。
玄米茶のムースやほうじ茶のゼリーはちょっと想像もつかないけれど、甘い物が
苦手な人にも喜ばれるような気がします。黒糖好きの私には黒糖を使ったレシピが
多いのもとても嬉しいです。

きなこ、ゴマ、おからなどが大好きで、こういった素材をどうしたらお菓子に取り入れられるか？どれだけレパートリーを広げられるか？？と考えていた私にとって、まさに今欲しいアイディアがいっぱいの、どんぴしゃりな内容だった。

お菓子に限らず料理には、王道が好きな人、変わりものが好きな人、といるので、この本のレシピは誰もがひかれるお菓子ではないかもしれないけど、後者にとってはすごーーーーく魅力的だと思う。

和素材を使いこなせるようになるまで、このレシピを基本に研究するといいかも！写真も上品な風合いで、素敵ですよ。やっぱり和素材ものって、色合いがやわらかくてふんわりした感じで見ていて和む！！
